IMS entered the sports marketing arena when it successfully managed Larry Brown's media tour following his Super Bowl XXX MVP award. Previous to this tour in early 1996, no other such media tour had ever been as big or impactful for an athlete. Over the next several years, no other Super Bowl MVP media tour have followed in Larry's footsteps.

IMS not only represents athlete clients, but they also work with organizations to develop and promote events. Some of these events include celebrity bowling and volleyball tournaments. They include The Ricky Proehl/ Orlando Pace Charity Celebrity Bowl, which included an interview with Kurt Warner on “ The Best Damn Sports Show ” (FX) regarding the event; and the Nate Wayne/ Allen Rossum Charity Celebrity Bowl.

Some of the organizations with which IMS has worked include EAS, Sony, Topps, Fleer, Upper Deck, The Mens Warehouse, Sports Illustrated, ESPN, Circuit City , Nike, Reebok, and Adidas. IMS also has great relationships and history with TNN, ESPN, Fox Sports, Comcast Sportsnet West, Donruss Playoff, and The Football Network.
